At Responsive HomeCare in Towson, MD we make it possible for seniors, injured or disabled individuals to experience independent living in the comfort of their own homes. Our non-medical in-home care providers offer a range of services designed to help our clients manage the challenges of day-to-day tasks and enjoy a comfortable quality of life.
John H. Horine, President
John was born and raised in Baltimore. He has over 40 years experience in the eldercare field working at College Manor, his family’s business. “I started Responsive 16 years ago to address the desire of seniors wanting to stay in their homes longer” After much research John put together a company that offers personalized hands-on care for his clients.
Susan S. Walsh, R.N.
Susan was born and raised in Baltimore. She has over 30 years of experience in home health nursing, from new baby visits to Hospice Home Care. Susan developed an elderly fall prevention program including song/ dance therapy. She currently teaches nursing at Towson University and Stevenson University.
Susan holds a BS Family and Community Development, BS Nursing, Masters MSN Nursing Education, Delegating Nurse/ Case Manager
